1. Independent Service Provider
VZSetup is an independent third-party TV installation and home entertainment service company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any television manufacturer, streaming platform, electronics retailer, or cable provider. All brand names and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
2. Services
VZSetup provides professional TV installation, wall mounting, smart TV setup, home theater installation, cable management, TV repair, and related home entertainment services.
All service pricing is provided as a quote prior to commencement of work. Prices may vary based on complexity, location, and materials required. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are subject to technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment windows but cannot guarantee exact arrival times. A representative will notify you if significant delays are anticipated.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
- Ensure a safe and accessible work environment for our technicians
- Be present or designate an adult representative (18+) during service
- Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals prior to service
5. Workmanship Guarantee
VZSetup provides a 30-day workmanship guarantee on all installations. If an issue arises due to our installation technique within 30 days, we will return to resolve it at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or events outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZSetup's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Property Damage
Our technicians are trained professionals and take great care with your property. However, VZSetup shall not be responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden wiring, structural issues within walls, or damage resulting from factors outside our control or knowledge at the time of service.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not offer credit or deferred payment terms unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
